I know it’s Wednesday, but sometimes we could use a little extra boost.

A little note: I take credit card information at the time of booking.

This does not mean you have pre-paid for your appointment. This is simply to hold the time you have reserved, with the understanding that if you no-show on your appointment, your card will be charged in full for the missed service.

(You are a no-show if you are more than 15 minutes late. Please don’t be a no-show.)

Payment is taken at the time of your service, and you can use the card that you booked the appointment with, or another form of payment (cash or card—no checks).

Welcome, Spring — Inner Balance Bodywork The cold temperatures have finally subsided and after a couple of weeks of rainy weather, the spring green is here! As we emerge from another winter season, it also looks as though we are at last emerging from a long pandemic season, with the state of national emergency coming to an end. What does
