🎓SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: Introducing A'Myah

A'Myah was accepted into 16 colleges: Albright, Arizona State, Drexel, East Stroudsburg, Hampton, Howard, Lincoln, LSU, North Carolina A&T, Penn State, Ohio State, the University of Alabama, the University of Pittsburgh, West Virginia, Xavier University of Louisiana, and York College. She will attend North Carolina A&T in the fall to major in sports medicine, with plans to earn her master's degree and work with athletes to support their overall health and help them recover from injuries.

A'Myah is an All-American athlete and competitive cheerleader who has served as captain of her team. In her own words: "Sports have been such an influential part of my life, I want to help athletes get back to doing what they love. In my own life, I have found that I grow more in the difficult times than in the comfortable ones. I now try to view challenges as opportunities for growth and as chances to develop patience and perseverance. I am hopeful that my own injuries will help me to one day become a more empathetic trainer."

A'Myah is one of the most generous, motivated, and caring people you will ever meet. With over 500 hours of documented community service in high school, A'Myah has been an example to younger students, a blessing to our school, and a gift to this community.
