Finished up this second story addition recently. Homeowner said they felt like they were on the tv show “love it or list it” because before the addition they wanted to move but now with their newly added space they love it and enjoy their space again
Added about 700 square feet above the garage, relocated laundry upstairs and turned old laundry room into a kitchen pantry with sink.
They gained two bedrooms, a new loft area and converted an old room into a new office.
