Time for the last installment of Yaya goes to Scotland.

I think we left off at Skye.

After leaving Skye, we drove through stunning countryside to Glasgow.

While there- we were treated to a private lunch at a room underground/under a Pub owned by a delightful Scotsman. We spent a day hitting all the charity shops. Our tour guide, young Chris, took us to an amazing Museum with the history of anything transportation related and the growth of towns.

Finally it was time for our farewell dinner and to head home.

The flight from Glasgow to London was eventful. I’ve never had a plane start to touch down & then go right back up for another pass. The second try was a hard landing.

Then when I got to Atlanta we got delayed from 9 pm to 6:30am. Meant an “over night” hotel stay & breakfast provided by Delta. But nothing tarnished my trip.
