INDEX Consulting Company has been awarded a contract for consulting services under the PPP project “TA-6525 REG: Scaling Up Private Sector Participation in the Infrastructure Sector in the Central and West Asia Region – Namangan Drinking Water Infrastructure (54148-001)”, funded by the Asian Development Bank.

The project aims to support PPP mechanisms for the modernization and operation of drinking water infrastructure in Namangan region, including the assessment of O&M-based PPP models and private sector participation mechanisms.

🔷 From May 21 to May 24, 2026, Index Consulting Company, as part of the public-private partnership project "Green Data Center in the Kyrgyz Republic," financed by the Asian Development Bank, hosted a working visit of representatives of the Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Public-Private Partnership Center in the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as specialists from IDOM.

During the visit, the delegation conducted site visits to leading data center facilities in Uzbekistan and gained practical insights into the state of the data center market in Central Asia. Particular attention was paid to operational practices and infrastructure standards applicable to the development of the future facility in the Kyrgyz Republic.

🔹 From May 14 to 19, 2026, specialists of Index Consulting Company visited Samarkand and Andijan within the framework of the project “Enhancing Energy Efficiency in the Cities of Andijan, Chirchiq, Bukhara, Samarkand and Tashkent”, implemented with the support of the World Bank, as well as the lot “Reconstruction of In-Building Heating Systems”.

During the visits, monitoring activities, field inspections, and meetings with local residents, client representatives, and contractors were conducted.

Particular attention was paid to the social aspects of project implementation, community engagement, and compliance with social obligations.

The company’s specialists also provided practical support within the framework of the implementation of the lot “Reconstruction of In-Building Heating Systems”.

🔹 15–16 мая 2026 года специалисты Index Consulting Company приняли участие в рабочей поездке в Самаркандскую и Кашкадарьинскую области в рамках проекта “Развитие водного сектора с учётом устойчивости к изменениям климата в бассейне Амударьи”, финансируемого Азиатским банком развития (АБР).

Поездка была организована в рамках миссии АБР, направленной на обсуждение текущего прогресса проекта, координацию дальнейших мероприятий и взаимодействие с ключевыми заинтересованными сторонами на региональном уровне.

В ходе визита были проведены встречи с региональными органами, а также с представителями Самаркандского археологического института. Обсуждения были направлены на обеспечение эффективной реализации проекта, обмен актуальной информацией и согласование последующих шагов.
