Sandy Bay, Overland and Georgetown thank you for your valuable contribution and your feedback in today’s Health Emergency Plan stakeholder consultations.
As we approach the hurricane season and continue to face emerging and re-emerging health threats, your voices and community experiences remain critical in strengthening our national health preparedness and response efforts.
This consultation was made possible with support from Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) through the OECS Regional Health Project, a World Bank-supported initiative aimed at strengthening health system preparedness capacities for public health emergencies across the Eastern Caribbean.

This Child’s Month, we continue our How Yuh Feeling campaign by helping our children grow emotionally healthy from early. 💚
Big feelings in little bodies can sometimes look like tantrums, tears, loud moments or bursts of energy but every emotion is communicating something.
When we ask children, “How yuh feeling?” and respond with patience, comfort and guidance, we help them build emotional intelligence, healthy communication and resilience for the future.
Let us strive to raise children who feel seen, heard and understood! 🧠✨
Ask it. Mean it. Listen.
Special mention to the narrator Kaia Kydd for beautifully bringing this message to life.
