A Prayer for the Power of Grace

"Heavenly Father,Thank You for Your abundant grace that is freely given to me each and every day. I come to You today acknowledging my need for Your power to work in my life. When I am weak, I ask that Your grace be my strength, and when I am overwhelmed, let Your grace be my peace.

Lord, forgive me for the times I rely solely on my own understanding or strength. I surrender my struggles to You and ask that Your grace empower me to overcome every obstacle, break every bad habit, and walk in Your truth. Pour out Your favor upon my life, my family, and my daily endeavors so that I may be a reflection of Your love to others.

Thank You for Your unfailing love that guides me and builds me up. In Jesus' name, Amen."

God, you know me better than I know myself. You know my fears and my desires. You know how much I want this. You know how much I will be devastated if this doesn't happen. I know you love me. I know you have a plan for me. Please, Lord, don't let my desires blind me to your will. If this is not within your plan for me, throw up a Brick Wall. Give me an obstacle I cannot get past. Help me follow your will, Father. Give me peace about whatever is to come. If this falls through, I will know it is your hand.
