Context: The customer gave us a call indicating it was an emergency, a relative was just inside the medical center and received a prescription that was needed as soon as possible.

However, at the time of the call I still had a good bit of orders to complete so i was unable to move at the time but the customer was willing to wait.

Fast forward, the only pharmacy that would be open that late into the night would be Gaymes pharmacy in Kingstown. I had to switch transport because I proceeded to Georgetown after 12am, yes 12am. It would not be safe to travel to Georgetown on a scooter at 12am.

So I purchased the items while in town on my scooter and then switched to a safer vehicle (A Toyota Voxy) and proceeded to Georgetown. Safety is very important.

Fast forward: Customer received their medication and we are very well pleased to have assisted 💕

We have noticed a common error when users are creating their accounts or logging in after the application was just installed.

Application tips when entering your phone number:

Don't re-enter your phone number area code.

The area code / country is automatically selected based on your current location. If you phone number is using a different area code, you can click on the flag and that brings up a modal that allows you to change the country area code.

The area code is automatically attached based on the country selected.

Eg: Only enter 497-5430

+1784- is automatically attached to the number enterred.

We have also updated the mask to prevent further confusion.
