As promised starting next week Thursday, Roots-N-Kulchah will start delivering its Pate Dish to businesses so if you would like to have your delivered, please inbox me or message me at 340-244-1495. Payment will be due on Tuesday via PayPal

Greetings to All
At 52 years of age embarking on a new chapter is scary and nerve racking, living in a difficult place like St.Croix . It is with sad but exciting feelings to announce that Cafe Roots-N-Kulchah is closing permanently! With rising cost of living, food and a lack of support I’m guessing due to economic instability here on island , I simply cannot survive or continue doing what have been doing. Other factors are as well a big part of my decision. It is very difficult to live in a place that is so behind in everything nevermind all the infrastructure problems that are debilitating such as mash up roads, constant road construction and road blocks which really plays a toll on local businesses especially. I do know that things have to get fixed but mehn! Proper decision making and timing is essential.
I am not here to do the blame game , I am here to let everyone know that supported Cafe Roots-N-Kulchah through out the years that I truly appreciated the patronage and a lot of the friendships that I have gained. It was an honor to serve you guys . I will try to do my last Pate Thursday this Thursday and perhaps finish it off on Friday! I simply cannot afford to stay open and have lost my drive as a professional Chef here on this island. To all those who claimed that they would pass by and I always seem closed well I will say this, I cannot open if people don’t come nor can I open just for 1 or 2 people or when you only decide to patronize. With that said I bid all of you new to the industry the best of luck and always stay thorough till the end! Your friendly neighborhood Chef Kimba Kabaka signing off…Love and Light!
