After I've tried many places around Son Tra district, this one is still my favorite so far 😗 And now I know that they have a few more stores around Danang, 1 on Hai Phong street, 1 on Le Thanh Nghi street.
You can order them with broth or dry. The dry one you can mix it with soy sauce and chilli sauce 😚 But I prefer the one with broth, cuz the broth was really nice, light and seemed liek they didn't use much MSG. The noodles were cooked perfectly, not mushy like some other places. The crab "clouds" (crab meat) tasted reat nice, and they put a lot in each bowl. But the fried fish was the star of the dish, crunchy on the outside, but still so sofr on the inside, sweet and juicy. I think they only fry a small amount at a time, cuz there was a day that I had to wait for them to fry more fish 😲 Plus, on each table, there was a jar of pickled baby bamboos, not too sour or to spicy. They went super nice with the dish!
A small bowl was 35k, big bowls (like on the pics) were 45k, not too expensive for me. A bowl like that can make you full until lunch! 😆 They only have this for breakfast, at night they have hotpot but I haven't tried.
