Bạn có bao giờ tự hỏi điều gì tạo nên sự khác biệt giữa một người dậm chân tại chỗ và một người không ngừng tiến về phía trước? Câu trả lời không nằm ở xuất phát điểm, mà ở một tinh thần Học tập và Phát triển – luôn giữ cho mình sự tò mò và sẵn sàng đón nhận những bài học mới từ mọi trải nghiệm trong cuộc sống.

Buổi sinh hoạt số 27 của DNX Toastmasters vừa qua là một minh chứng rõ ràng. Đó không chỉ là nơi rèn luyện public speaking, mà là không gian để chúng ta cùng ngồi lại để chia sẻ và giúp nhau tiến bộ hơn mỗi ngày.

🎙️ Phần Bài nói ứng biến (Table Topics): TM Loan Đỗ đã đưa ra những câu hỏi rất gần gũi về chủ đề học tập và phát triển. Nhờ vậy, các thành viên có dịp kể lại những câu chuyện thật, những trải nghiệm thực tế mà mình đã trải qua.

📖 Phần Bài nói chuẩn bị (Prepared Speech): Chúng ta đã được lắng nghe hai câu chuyện đầy cảm hứng. TM Anh Tuấn chia sẻ về cách học tập chủ động, còn FTM Ánh Ngọc đã dũng cảm vượt qua nỗi sợ để thực hiện bài nói "Phá băng" đầu tiên của mình.

💎 Phần Đánh giá & Phản hồi (Evaluation): DTM Phuong Susu đã thực hiện phần evaluation speech đầy tinh tế. Những góp ý này giúp người nói biết mình làm tốt ở đâu và cần sửa chỗ nào để lần sau làm tốt hơn.

✨ Meeting Highlights:

🎙️ Table Topics Session: TM Loan Đỗ asked many interesting questions about learning. This gave everyone a chance to share their real-life stories and personal views in a fun way.

📖 Prepared Speeches: We heard two inspiring stories. TM Anh Tuấn spoke about how to learn actively, while FTM Ánh Ngọc bravely finished her very first "Ice Breaker" speech.

💎 Evaluation Session: DTM Phuong Susu delivered an insightful evaluation speech. These tips help speakers know what they did well and how to improve for next time.
