Role Overview

We are looking for a Frontend Leader to take ownership of frontend strategy, guide technical direction, and elevate user-facing products across web platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and evolve frontend technical direction for web-based products and internal systems.
• Work closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams to translate requirements into high-quality interfaces.
• Establish scalable patterns for UI development, state handling, and performance efficiency.
• Build and maintain shared UI assets and design systems to ensure consistency.
• Lead technical reviews, provide guidance, and support growth of frontend engineers.
• Maintain standards around accessibility, security, SEO, and release quality.
• Coordinate deployment workflows and frontend readiness with DevOps teams.

Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in frontend development with prior responsibility for technical leadership.
• Strong command of React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.
