Mượn tạm bức ảnh này. Đôi khi trong dự án bạn phải làm những việc nhàm chán kiểu Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V từ file excel này sang file excel khác. Hoặc cả một ngày ngồi viết những document dài lê thê chỉ để giải thích cho vài dòng code ngắn gọn. Thi thoảng, bạn còn phải đọc những dòng tinh hoa mà thằng bên cạnh vừa code xong, và khổ cái, nó cũng vậy. Mà ở đời thì làm gì có thằng nào khen code nhau bao giờ?

Khi đi học có ai dậy lập trình phải làm những thứ nhàm chán, "nông dân" đấy đâu? Chẳng nhẽ "chúng nó" lừa mình, cho mình dùng máy Core I5, Ram 8GB rồi chỉ để code Word và Excel? Đã thế code xong còn phải thông báo cho mấy đứa khó tính vào mà test lại đi, em mà code thì chỉ trừ những chỗ sai thôi còn lại đúng cả đấy. Chưa kể hàng ngày phải khai báo timesheet, viết báo cáo với đầy đủ các Teamlead, PM... rằng hôm nay em code được mấy dòng, em thề em chỉ copy từ google chứ không nhìn màn hình thằng bên cạnh, đấy là em còn tranh thủ không đi WC để vừa tiết kiệm nước cho công ty để vừa đọc thêm được mấy thớt ở voz...

Vậy phải làm sao để vượt qua những lúc phải làm những thứ nhàm chán như vậy? Làm sao để có thể bình tĩnh làm việc và coi gái xinh là những thứ nhàm chán như anh bạn trong ảnh kia?

Chẳng có cách nào cả, chấp nhận thôi. Coi những việc nhàm chán như một phần tất yếu của cuộc sống một lập trình viên. Làm những việc nhàm chán vào những lúc thấy... chán nản nhất. Lấy độc trị độc.

Once again, having skills is different than having the recent experience into the same. It would be great if he has worked for a project recently.

4. Visual Studio IDE

Of course, he must be well-versed with visual studio, as learning .NET application development begins with learning to work with visual studio. However, he must have the know-how of the latest version or at least the recent newer versions of visual studio so that the applications do not stop working when they are downloaded on the new browsers or operating systems.

5. New Areas of .NET

Dot net facilitates a lot of functionalities, so it might be possible that a single programmer is not well-versed with all those functionalities. However, make sure he has got the knowledge and experience of the most important aspects that you are looking forward to in your upcoming projects.

6. Page directives

The first lines of the ASP.Net that provides the settings as well as instructions for user control files and web forms pages are page directives. Of course, it is not necessary to know the entire list of page directives, but knowledge about some of the important ones indicates that the candidate is comfortable working with the page directives.
