🚀 Dám bắt đầu, dám chinh phục: Hai kỹ sư CMC Telecom đạt danh hiệu Kubestronaut

CMC Telecom vừa ghi nhận thêm hai kỹ sư trẻ đạt danh hiệu Kubestronaut do Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) công nhận: Vũ Thành Trung (CMC Cloud) và Đinh Thị Hường (ITO )

Kubestronaut được xem là một trong những cột mốc chuyên môn danh giá nhất trong lĩnh vực Cloud Native và Kubernetes. Để đạt được danh hiệu này, kỹ sư phải hoàn thành toàn bộ hệ thống chứng chỉ Kubernetes quốc tế gồm KCNA, KCSA, CKA, CKAD và CKS – những kỳ thi nổi tiếng bởi yêu cầu thực hành khắt khe, khả năng xử lý tình huống thực tế và tư duy vận hành hệ thống ở quy mô doanh nghiệp.

🚀 Dare to Start, Dare to Conquer: Two CMC Telecom Engineers Earn the Kubestronaut Title

CMC Telecom is proud to celebrate two young engineers who have recently achieved the prestigious Kubestronaut designation recognized by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF): Vu Thanh Trung (CMC Cloud) and Dinh Thi Huong (ITO).

Kubestronaut is widely regarded as one of the most distinguished professional milestones in the Cloud Native and Kubernetes ecosystem. To earn this title, engineers must complete the entire Kubernetes certification pathway, including KCNA, KCSA, CKA, CKAD, and CKS—certifications known for their rigorous hands-on requirements, real-world problem-solving challenges, and enterprise-scale operational expertise.

Behind Trung and Huong’s achievement lies not only countless hours of learning, practice, and personal growth, but also a working environment that encourages young talents to pursue ambitious goals and continuously push their limits.

For Trung, the Kubestronaut journey was shaped by hands-on experience gained through real-world cloud projects at CMC Cloud, where he had opportunities to work on systems demanding high availability, security, observability, and infrastructure optimization.

Meanwhile, Huong viewed Kubestronaut as a way to validate and elevate her professional capabilities. Through setbacks, adjustments to her learning approach, and persistent dedication, she ultimately reached a milestone that once seemed far beyond reach.
