Hi all, thank you for your love and support and encouragement. I am still on the road to recovery- there are good days and bad days…learning a lot about Surrender and Faith. Thankful for my family standing by me and my little one being such a bundle of joy! ✨

Along this healing journey, I have come to realise that the best way for disease prevention/cure is Life Force Enhancement. So here I am learning QiGong and taking back control of my health. Thank you instructors and volunteers! ✨🙌💛🙏

Spirituality is about life- it’s about living right here and right now. Not about preparing for the afterlife or floating on clouds and communing with angels all day. It’s teaching us how to show up to life. Ultimately the simple wisdom is…just enjoy your life.😎
