[Imitate] (UK) /ˈɪm.ɪ.teɪt/
- Imitate (v): MÔ PHỎNG/ NOI GƯƠNG/ bắt chước (to behave in a similar way to someone or something else, or to copy the speech or behaviour, etc. of someone or something)
=> The men inventing airplane was imitating birds in their very first design.
- Imitation:
+ Imitation (adj): nhái, giả (made to look like something else)
=> The imitation leather jacket, the imitation silk dresses.
+ Imitation (noun): sự bắt chước, sự nhái, sự mô phỏng (an occasion when someone or something imitates another person or thing)
=> She can do a wonderful imitation of a blackbird's song.
+ Imitation (noun): Bản sao (= a copy)
=> This is just a high-level imitation, we can not use it.
- Imitative (adj): bắt chước, sao chép (copying someone or something)
=> All these magazines are imitative of each other. (Cam. dic.)
- Imitator (noun): kẻ bắt chước, kẻ "copy" (a person who copies someone or something that they think is good)
=> I hate the imitators of Taylor Swift.
===> Imitator = Copycat (child's word) (noun, adj)
====> Do not understand this word in a bad way.
[SPRING]
- (N): Mùa xuân. Ex: Spring flower. The weather is always cool in (the) spring.
- (N): Cái lò xo (kim loại). Sự co dãn, đàn hồi. The pen I used last week has a spring inside.
- (N): con suối, khe suối, nơi mà nước chảy ra tự nhiên từ lòng đất. Ex: suối nước nóng: hot spring.
- (V): di chuyển nhanh, đột ngột về phía một địa điểm nào đó. Ex: I sprang out of bed to answer the door. Tôi nhảy (lao/phóng :)) ) ra khỏi giường để mở cửa. - Cambridge dic.

- (Adj): tính co dãn, đàn hồi, lò xo - (of furniture) using springs (= curved pieces of metal) to give support. US Eng: Spring, UK Eng: Sprung.
