OVERVIEW
TransPerfect Media Vietnam is looking for an experienced Dubbing Production Manager to lead end-to-end Vietnamese dubbing projects for global clients.

🔍 What You’ll Do
✨ Manage dubbing projects from A–Z
✨ Coordinate casting, scripts, recording, mixing, QC & delivery
✨ Work closely with studios, voice talents & internal teams
✨ Ensure projects meet quality, timeline & budget
✨ Maintain trackers, schedules, client communication
✨ Improve workflows & support operational efficiency

- Job Title: SOUND ENGINEER [Contractor]
- Working time: Mon to Fri

OVERVIEW
The position of Audio Engineer is a key player at TransPerfect Translations. The Audio Engineer is needed for
voice over recording, dubbing, editing, and mixing in a corporate setting.

DESCRIPTION
 Oversee all aspects of voice recordings, including microphone placement, maintaining ideal sound levels,
acquiring optimal acoustical environments and coaching voice talents
 Quick and efficient editing, mixing, mastering, dubbing, and laybacks
 Ability to work well independently and with a team. Must have experience working directly with clients
 Will be interfacing with clients, producers, voice talent, and project managers
 Studio maintenance, troubleshooting, and soldering
 Completing all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

REQUIRED SKILLS
 Must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
 Must be familiar with different file types, data compression, audio and video conversions, and video codec
 Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
 Ability to effectively multitask in order to simultaneously execute multiple projects
 Exceptional problem solving/critical thinking skills
 Ability to maintain professionalism, focus and results-orientation in all situations, especially under tight
deadlines
 Understanding of gain staging, signal routing, compressors, limiters, DeEsser, equalizers, and phone patches
 Complete fluency in Mac OS X, Pro Tools and Waves plug-ins a must. Must be proficient with Microsoft
Office products

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
 At least 3 years of work experience required
 Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
 Experience working in a corporate environment and dealing with dialog for corporate/industrial videos and
phone systems
 Experience with successfully processing, organizing and managing large amounts of data. Will need to
accurately label and deliver a large number of files on a daily basis

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
 Prior translation industry experience
 Fluency in any foreign language
 Experience working with foreign languages strongly preferred

- Các công việc liên quan khác theo sự phân công của quản lý.

📍Yêu cầu:
- Trình độ tiếng Pháp tương đương DELF B1 trở lên
- Khả năng sắp xếp, tổ chức và làm việc đa nhiệm
- Khả năng chịu áp lực
- Có tinh thần học hỏi
- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm

🎯Giờ làm việc: Thứ Hai đến Thứ Sáu (8:30 sáng đến 5:30 chiều)
