This building is a prime example of modern urban living — stylish, sustainable, and thoughtfully designed for everyday convenience and aesthetic pleasure. Spanning 28,000 square meters, it is located in the heart of Junik, Kosovo, offering a perfect blend of contemporary design and natural surroundings.

This modern house showcases a minimalist and elegant design, combining clean geometry with varied textures. The exterior blends white plaster, wood paneling, and dark metal for a striking contrast. Wooden cladding adds warmth, while lush greenery and a landscaped entrance enhance its natural connection.
