Adapt To Perform is a dedicated to adapting fitness for everyone.

March is often when motivation dips.

The early-year push to “get healthier” can start to feel unrealistic - especially if your mobility has changed or you’re still figuring out what exercise actually works for your body.

At Adapt To Perform I work with other wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility every day. One thing we hear often is this:

“I want to move more - but I need something realistic I can actually stick with.”

That’s exactly why I created a dedicated Adaptive Yoga playlist on my YouTube channel.
