The Midwest Laser Centre has been on the forefront of the latest technologies and treatments in the cosmetic field for over 30 years.
It’s not that we don’t want to hang out with you… it’s just that we have to wait. Sun exposure is a contraindication to laser treatments. Whether you have tan lines or not that recent exposure increases your risk of the side effects we don’t want like burns and blistering, pigmentation changes to the skin, and an overall less effective result. Hold off on laser if you are enjoying the sunshine (even if you use SPF!). We want to wait a month to six weeks from last exposure or when your skin returns to its natural pigmentation.

How Many Treatments Are Recommended?

Typical recommendations include:

2) Skin Rejuvenation: 3 sessions each approximately 4 weeks apart - this option is for our clients with some visible signs of aging.
3) Maintenance treatments ~ every 6 months, depending on individual needs and practitioner advice.
