We’re proud to welcome Michael DM Yoffee to Baystate Financial as Managing Director of our East Providence, RI office.

Michael brings 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, beginning his career with New York Life in Las Vegas, where he advanced from advisor to Partner in just 18 months. He later held leadership positions with MassMutual and Principal Financial Group, building a strong track record of developing advisors, driving growth, and leading high-performing teams.

In addition to overseeing recruiting, training, development, and production initiatives, Michael will continue leading his successful financial planning practice. With extensive industry knowledge and a passion for advisor development, he brings the leadership and experience needed to help drive the continued success of our East Providence office.

Giving back feels good. A group of Baystate volunteers headed to the The Y of Greater Boston Community Food Access Club to help pack and distribute critical food supplies to families in need, because every family deserves a sense of stability.

This event was made possible through our partnership with MassMutual as part of , a company-wide initiative dedicated to strengthening the communities we call home.

Another legendary day at Fenway Park! The 2026 Baystate Financial vs. Commonwealth Financial Group Softball Game brought great competition, plenty of laughs, and an unforgettable time with an amazing group of people.
