Duties & Responsibilities:
• Providing outstanding customer service as part barista/cashier/back of house:
• Taking customer orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain an ability to make suggestions to customers & speak to all items on the menu (need to study & learn the menu/benefits)
• Operate register (POS) as needed.
• Create and deliver all guest orders in a timely & customer-friendly manner:
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served.
• Serve customers promptly with a straw, smile, and a thank you.
• Fully understand and comply with all BreakJuicery standards & regulations that pertain to health & safety:
