Why We Joined the Push for Better Challenge

Mental health matters, and together we can make a real difference.

If you’d like to support this incredible cause, donate by checking out our team’s fundraising pages. Every contribution, big or small, helps us push for better mental health. 🧡🧡🧡

I’m doing the Push-Up Challenge because mental health matters. Growing up, I saw people I care about struggle with their mental health, and too often their experiences were brushed aside or not taken seriously. I want to help spread the message that mental health is real, seeking help is important, and nobody should have to face these challenges alone. Every donation helps support mental health awareness, education, and services for those who need them 🌟🧡

I’m taking part in The Push-Up Challenge to support better mental health awareness while challenging myself physically and mentally. Mental health is a cause that is close to my heart, and I know how important it is to have open conversations and access to support when times are tough. By participating, I hope to help raise awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage others to prioritise their wellbeing while also pushing myself to develop resilience, consistency, and healthier habits. 💜

I’m doing the push-up challenge to further raise awareness for mental health in Australia! Having been part of the challenge for two years now, I’ve seen first hand the difference it has made in the perception of mental health Australia wide. Being apart of something this special feels very empowering, and it’s always an honour to do this each year

I have been an active member of the push-up challenge for the past three years. The push-up challenge provides an opportunity to us to push myself outside my comfort zone while supporting better mental health outcomes for young people. It’s a great reminder that small efforts, done consistently, can make a difference—not just in our own lives, but in the lives of others too. This challenge has taught me that when I’m faced with a challenge or with any negativity, I have to do my best to give one last push.

Thank you for following along and supporting our team throughout the Push for Better
