Otherwise you’ll not be able to succeed at your goals in the long run, and chances of exhaustion or burn out become much higher.
Nature is my happy place when I need to take a break, unwind and recharge my batteries.
Since 2020, paddle boarding around Finnish lakes became one of my favorite relaxing hobbies.

Instead of setting up drastic new year resolutions, move one step forward towards your goals - wether it is a very small or big one.
The key is in being consistent and kind with yourself.
Instead of planning for a future version of yourself, your business, etc., that doesn’t exist yet, you can pay attention to the present you, and see what you can do today, not tomorrow, not in one week, not next month.
Just get started, and keep it up.
If you truly do so, you will achieve any of your goals, it’s just a matter of time.
It’s not going to be easy, but with a great support network and tools, you can do it.
