Studies in field of Monitoring and Evaluation

The firm has participated in the implementation of studies and surveys done for or under the supervision of IDA and IMF and other projects that includes :

- Establishing and developing monitoring and evaluation system of the General Authority for the development of the Eastern Regional Agriculture Development Authority- ERADA (Marib - cavity). 1994-1997.
- Establishing and developing monitoring and evaluation system for Taiz Water Supply Pilot Project TWSPP - Southern Highlands Unit SURDU (Taiz & Ibb).
- Establishing and developing a monitoring and evaluation system for the Groundwater and Soil Conservation Project- GSCP ,2005.
- Establishing and developing a monitoring and evaluation system for NOG like Salam Social Development Institution (Taiz & Ibb governorates).
- Assessment of a mid- term evaluation ( MTR ) for the Groundwater and Soil Conservation Project (GSCP). March-April 2007.

- Impact Assessment for small and medium income-generating activities such as lending in the field of Livestock - Agricultural and Fish Fund - Southern Highlands Project -1999.

- Study assessing the social impact of the activities carried out by Southern Uplands Region Development Project SURDP (Taiz - Ibb) and TWSPP - the unity of Southern Uplands Region Development Unit (Taiz & Ibb) during the year 1999.

- Assessment of the social impact of beneficiaries of activities and services provided by TWSPP - SURDU - in 2002.
- participating in Implementation Completion Report (ICR) for YWSPP ( 2002)
- Survey measuring the social impact of the activities of rural women in Taiz and Ibb governorates during the period 2002 for TWSPP (Unit SURDU).
- Study assessing the economic and environmental impact for the local areas benefiting from the activities of the Public Authority for developing the eastern regions (Mareb – AlJawf) - Mareb Dam Project from 1994 to 1997 (one study per year)
- participating in the preparation of baseline survey for the project ground water and soil conservation project, 2001-2002.
- Evaluation of training programs implemented for farmers and associations, Water Users Associations (WUAs) and Water User Groups (WUGs)
- irrigation extension services: groundwater and soil conservation project 2007 - 2008.
- implementation of a study measuring the economic, social and environmental impact of activities, improve irrigation systems from groundwater and the activities of water harvesting and the preservation of the soil from erosion (work bank protection, tanks, water harvesting, terraces rehabilitation, Traditional of groundwater recharge, existing tanks rehabilitation, check d***s, ..etc ) - groundwater and soil conservation project (15 governorates of the Republic of Yemen is (Sana'a, Amran, Mahweet, Dhamar, AlBaydah, Taiz, Ibb, Hajjah, Abyan, AlDalee, Hadramout, Shabwa, AlHudaidah, Sa'ada)
- Case studies to survey households in poor rural districts of Sharab AlRona, Sharab ALsalam , Mudeikhra and Altaziah districts and the establishment of poor households record for Al-Salam Institution for Social Development in 2003.
- evaluate a large number of training programs carried out only to specialists or to members of associations / groups or committees of beneficiaries of the projects of basic services such as drinking water projects in rural areas, facilities, water for irrigation.
