This also tells us something powerful: the potential is already there. Our learners don’t lack ability. They lack access: to structure, support, mentorship, and a focused space to learn. When those basic resources are consistently available, performance rises. 📈
The data shows the efficacy of the program clearly: the more they show up, the more they improve.

As we reflect on 2025, the progress made through Extra Time is nothing short of powerful. From Term 1 to Term 4, the academic growth is clear and undeniable. By providing our kids the basics - homework support, a structured place to study, focused revision, and extra classes, we have seen learners raise their performance in a remarkable way. 📈🏆🥇
This is what happens when the basics are done well and done consistently. And if this kind of growth can happen in just one year, imagine what is still possible in the years ahead.
