Support space for carers of stroke survivors.

Supporting a stroke survivor can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone 💙

Join our Surviving the Survivor virtual support group, led by David Humphrey, a carer and Lifeline counsellor. This session is created to support, guide, and connect those caring for stroke survivors.

We are hiring!
Medical Receptionist required.

Our busy physical rehabilitation practice is looking for a friendly, organised and well presented individual. Exceptional people skills and good work ethic are a must. A person with multilingual capabilities would be an at advantage.

You would be responsible for, but not limited to; diary management, answering of telephone calls, welcoming patients, completing patient files and dealing with queries. Previous medical practice experience and computer literacy are required.

You must be able to work under pressure and multitask while delivering exceptional service to patients. Please send your CV (maximum 2 pages) to [email protected].

Today is World Stroke Awareness Day. At RehabFirst we rose to the challenge to GET ACTIVE! We hosted a mini sport and games afternoon to encourage our patient’s to get active, all while having fun, socialising and sharing experiences as stroke survivors.

For Mandela Day this past week, our RehabFirst staff, patients and their families donated ingredients and their time to help us put together soup jars/packs. We were able make 140 soups jars/packs which we donated to Amcare in Alberton, which they will distribute through their feeding programme.
