We feel privileged to have collaborated with Mary-Grace Whitehead , the founder of the Mary Grace Whitehead foundation and the current Miss Limpopo Province 2023, and her team on this important initiative they’ve organized. A school shoe drive for the benefit of the province's primary school learners. The effort was a success, and tomorrow she will donates 250 pairs of school shoes, and this will significantly impact many lives.

Position - Service Controller

Requirements
• Must have Call Centre Customer Service experience within the ICT field, preferably office automation.
• Have an intermediate grasp of Excel – there will be a test involved.
• Must have matric.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
• Allocate calls to Technicians.
• Order parts for Technicians.
• Liaise with automation dealers for areas where company doesn’t have Technician coverage.
• Collect job sheets for automation dealers to arrange purchase orders.
• Track machine movements and keep accurate records.
• Perform invoicing.
