You were so easy to work with... even though you had no high school Maths background you performed better than people who had Maths for 12 years. A job WELL done!

Good day parents as well as learners.
I hope everyone is enjoying the well deserved holiday break. Do not forget to sit with your children for at least 1 hour out of 24 hours in the day helping them to revise term 1 and 2's work and also to start preparing for term 3.

Tutoring will start in the week that school starts.
School starts the 9th July on a Tuesday.
There will only be slots available on that same Tuesday from 3-5pm and 5-7pm.
The Wednesday 10 July 3-5pm
And the Saturday 13 July from 8-10am , 10-12pm and 12-2pm.

Also, it is the job of the parents to let me know how their child is progressing by sending me pictures of their reports, letting me know how you as a parent is supporting your child and whether or not your child is studying at home when they should be studying as I only see majority of my learners once a week for 2 hours out of 168 hours which is a mere 1.2%. I definitely do my part but learners need to stay motivated, supported and encouraged at home.

Last and final announcement. Please NOTE! Payments are made upfront every Saturday morning to secure your child's place. If you cancel a tutoring session on the same day the tutoring takes place your payment will fall away as other students get turned away because your booking was made just for you to end up cancelling the booking.
This is not for the parents and learners that do not do this but for all new parents and learners please take note of this arrangement that has always been there.

If your child is sick and has to be at hospital or doctor then your payment will still be valid and I will move the booking to a time that suits both myself and the learner, providing I receive a copy or a picture of the doctor's letter. I'm definitely not doing this to be funny or to step on any toes but to avoid other learners who could have booked a spot with me from being disappointed.
