Currently under construction, Groot Parys Lifestyle Estate in Paarl continues to take shape through a careful balance of technical precision and architectural intent.

This clerestory detail highlights the layered thinking behind the design; bringing natural light deep into the interiors while framing the surrounding Winelands landscape. Paired with behind-the-scenes moments from site, the process reveals how drawings, materials, and craftsmanship come together to shape spaces rooted in simplicity, warmth, and place.

Set within the historic Paarl Valley, the award-winning estate embraces a contemporary Cape Karoo architectural language inspired by sustainability, light, and timeless countryside living.
