The person we appoint must
- share our team vision;
- have strong leadership skills;
- understand the basic swimming principles and strokes;
- have a passion for teaching;
- love water (we spend 5 hours a day, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday in the pool);
- have a creative, fun, positive and energetic personality;
- be 200% dedicated to teaching students how to swim.
