ADMINISTRATOR VACANCY – KAYBIN
Kaybin is looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Administrator to join our team in Benoni, Gauteng. This role supports our day‑to‑day operations by keeping communication, paperwork and records organised and accurate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

General office administration and support

Answering calls and responding to emails

Processing orders, quotations and invoices

Filing and maintaining physical and digital records

Assisting with customer service and supplier communication

REQUIREMENTS

Previous administrative experience (preferred)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Computer literacy – Microsoft Office essential

Ability to work independently and perform under pressure

ADVANTAGEOUS
Experience in an industrial, engineering or manufacturing environment
