What assumptions can we make from PMDC regarding FMGs?

Lets look at the possibilities:

1-Low percentage required to pass NRE as discussed by Mr.Qadir Patel while he was talking about LMGs
2-University recognition criteria to be fair and based on a defined and international criteria (WFME, IAAR, AAEPO, ECFMG)
3-As mentioned in the bill, a practical component of NRE may be there IF determined necessary by the Council

Therefore, there is a big opportunity for FMGs and their leading bodies to lobby about just keeping one step of NRE if a doctor has completed House Job from Pakistan
4-Discriminatory and unprofessional attitude towards Central Asian States to end?

It is too early to confirm any of the above. Only time will tell. Hope that it stays there and is in the best interests of all.
