On the 1st of April, we are proud to feature a conversation with VAULT at Mødular. in Cape Town, South Africa with one of the most respected and influential artists of our time, Zak Khutoretsky aka DVS1. Hailing from Minneapolis - USA, DVS1 made a name for himself as a globetrotting electronic music legend, with his unwavering commitment to pushing its boundaries. Icon with unique style that combines raw, analog-driven beats with intricate soundscapes and haunting melodies, creating a powerful and immersive sonic experience. Also a passionate advocate for clubbing as a cultural heritage, and has worked with various organizations and initiatives to promote the value of dance music and its stakeholders, DVS1 is the creator of Aslice, which was built to ensure a healthy ecosystem for DJs and producers. The conversation will be facilitated by Deano, a long-time friend of Clubbing Heritage, VAULT resident and pure South African talent, they will engage about all, to build a dialogue around the future of clubbing and its role in social and cultural transformation.
