📢 Senior Sales Representative – Eastern Cape

🌾 My client is seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and results-driven Senior Sales Representative with a strong background in the FMCG industry, specifically within grain, milling, flour, maize meal, animal feed, or related agricultural products.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, extensive product knowledge of grain and milling products, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and key accounts across the Eastern Cape.

✅ Minimum Requirements:
✔ National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent (NQF 4)
✔ Marketing-related Degree or Diploma (advantageous)
✔ Minimum 5 years’ sales experience
✔ Minimum 3 years’ experience within the FMCG Milling Industry
✔ Sound knowledge of grain, maize, flour, feed, or related milling products (essential)
✔ Valid Driver’s License and own transport
✔ Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Eastern Cape
✔ Ability to work independently and service clients in rural and remote areas

✔ Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and key accounts
✔ Conduct regular customer visits to ensure sales strategies are effectively implemented
✔ Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
✔ Provide tailored product solutions and excellent customer service
✔ Gather customer feedback and market intelligence
✔ Monitor competitor activity and market trends
✔ Optimise profitability and support informed business decision-making

💰 Package Includes:
✔ Basic Salary (Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
