2025 YOUNG GIRLS IN LEADERSHIP DIALOGUE

FSonline Network in partnership with TeamzDynamics and Mosadi Gauta Foundation and Free State Department of Education Mangaung Metropolitan Education District through the Young Leaders Academy invites members of the RCLs to 2025 version of FSonline Network Annual Young Women Development Programme.

Young Leaders Academy is a TeamzDynamics Consulting Youth programme designed to mentor young, train, coach and provide youth development programmes for the future leaders through an intensive incubator model.

Young Leaders Academy partnered with the Mangaung Metropolitan Education District to train RCLs in Leadership and Management for the 2025 academic year and also to launch the current District RCL leadership.

The primary intent of the Dialogue is to celebrate and motivate young girls who are holding leadership in the RCLs in schools. To also further allow the President of the Free State Provincial RCL Council President Hon. Dikgabiso Seqhee who is also the National Deputy Secretary of the RCL Councill elected at the recently in Johannesburg to share her views on leadership and vision for young women who will be leading both government and private sector in the future.

Keynote Speech will be delivered by Hon. Nolitha Ndungane, current Deputy Speaker of the Free State Legislature and one of the most charismatic and inspiration women leaders in the Free State. Hon Ndugane will deliver keynote speech and further share experiences as a high end politician and public sector leader.

The programme will also receive presentation from the current Mangaung Metropolitan Education District RCL Council Chief TLO, Mr Clayton Daryl Andries as well as Mr Makompane Mathe, the current SES for Institutional Management, Governance and Support located within the Mangaung Metropolitan Education District of the Free State Department of Education.

The programme will also allow networking between RCLs members and their District and Provincial Council members and share experiences in learner leadership environment.

Businesses that have unique ideas or innovations typically try to access venture capital.
