Natural Mark Making

If you’ve been on this journey with me for a while now, you’ll remember my h**p silk cloths, printed first as bed throws and then simply as exhibition pieces.

I’ve had enquiries for similar pieces but the cloth has not been available in South Africa for some time. I’ve now sourced 20 precious meters and I’ll be printing 3 large lengths of 2.5 meters each, in the next days. I hope it will be worth the wait.

And again. Another one in the pot with some changes in process to evaluate the outcome. I’ll carry on like this until I’m happy with the results. I have some large cloths waiting for marks but I need to be confident with my mordant before taking on these pieces.
