Title: Block Dog: The refuse/al
Artist: Oupa Sibeko
Black Dog, is a liminal, temporal and corporeal experience. Explored through movement and photography, while still making confrontation as play.
The body is split between memory, recollection and the past whilst the present is the live body wrestling with a state of mind as a way of ritual and healing.

Silence is never neutral.
It holds survival, complicity, intimacy.
It echoes with what’s withheld,
with gestures that resist language.
This exhibition brings together works
that trace silence as a political and emotional act —
from the red thread of desire and memory
to the weight of withheld gazes.
This exhibition show times will be
Wednesday - Friday from 10am to 3pm
Saturday from 10am to 1pm
