Thebe Magugu reimagined the Orlando Pirates skull as a maze. A nod to the long, winding road the club has walked to get here. So we built it.

Behind the scenes of the adidas × Orlando Pirates × Thebe Magugu 23/24 jersey launch (2023): a maze structure rising in the heart of Joburg, an LED-lit universe inside, and a vault at its core holding the new kit until the moment of reveal.

Swipe through the sketches, the steel, and the late nights it took to turn a pattern on a jersey into a space you could walk through.
