Dear Vectorfox Clients.

Due to recent circumstances we have to change the way that we submit artwork to you. Unfortunately this will affect my longstanding customers who are used to receiving artwork and logos in print-ready, vector-based PDF's without having to go through an approval process.

From now on, we will be submitting logos and artwork for approval in JPEG format only, and only once we have received an email confirming approval from you will we submit the vector-based and print ready files to you.

We will endeavour to try and make this process as streamlined as possible, and do apologise to our longstanding clients for the change in processes.

We trust you understand that by adding these extra steps we are not only protecting ourselves, but you, our valued clients as well.
