The uncertain atmosphere caused by COVID-19 is affecting every part of our daily lives. We at Kairos wish to send our well wishes to you and family. We hope that you will prosper even in this difficult time. To those adversely affected by the pandemic we are praying for you. These are uncertain times and we’re faced with circumstances beyond our control. What we can control is how we respond, and we have complete faith that we will rally together and get through this.

Kairos will stop at nothing to keep our people and customers safe, at the same time we’re mindful that the economy needs to be supported. IT will be key to overcoming some of our restrictions.

We will be trading as normal according to the guidelines from the World Health Organisation and the South African government.

To limit the spread of this virus, we have implemented the following measures:

REMOTE SUPPORT INSTEAD OF ONSITE SUPPORT
Don’t get us wrong, we love visiting in person. The internet is hands down our most useful tool. Allowing us work from a safe location and at the same time keep you the client in your preferred location. If a callout to site cannot be avoided our team is ready with strict hygiene instructions to service your needs. We humbly request that the site to be visited adheres strictly to the guidelines from the World Health Organisation and the South African government.

IMPLEMENTED SOCIAL DISTANCE
We’ve encouraged social distancing, please don’t be offended. We’re working towards creating a safe environment for our people and our clients.

PICKUP AND DELIVERIES
Our field workers are briefed with the latest safety protocols. Our delivery teams sanitize before every delivery and will repeat the procedure, in your presence. They have been briefed to leave items at your door or in the case of equipment, a designated area you prefer. The team will endeavor not to touch anything and will have sanitize onsite to wipe down surfaces before leaving as needed.
