Key Responsibilities
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and send quotations.
• Support Sales Representatives with administrative tasks, customer queries, order processing, and product sourcing.
• Upsell and cross-sell products while updating and booking appointments for representatives.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Follow up on back orders and customer enquiries.
• Assist with maintaining product knowledge and pricing.
• Ensure orders are processed within required timeframes.
• Support the Admin Manager with daily tasks and special projects.
• Maintain high standards of quality and customer service.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales support, internal sales, or administration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and accounting software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
