Mike Harland, a professional martial arts and self-defense coach and trainer of some 30 years, is offering a free coaching/training session on what he does best, at the Body Excel High Performance Centre, situated in the Wynberg Boys High School (between the swimming pool and the main cricket oval), in the evenings (after 17h00), Mondays to Fridays. Anyone - men, women, boys, girls, who are interested, should contact the gym's manager, Rob MacLean, on the gym's email - [email protected] - to arrange a session with Mike. You won't be sorry and you will be leave the gym with a 'spring in your step'.
Professional services available at the Body Excel HPC include Physiotherapy, Chiropractics, Biokinetics, Sports Science graduates and Personal Trainers.
Gym opening times during school terms - Monday to Friday, 06h00 - 19h00.
Fees -
Scholars - R250/month.
Wynberg Old Boys and Old Girls/Parents of current Wynberg schools (senior boys and girls, junior boys and girls), members of the WBHS 365 Club - R300/month.
General members of the public - R350/month.
