♥️ Over the past week, I have been embodying the element of fire as part of a shamanistic exploration of the elements. Today I am moving into the element of Air.... ♥️ The element of fire is associated with passion, love (the heart chakra), heat (burning of fears and burning off the dross in the alchemical process), yang (masculine) energy, creativity, activity, and libido, to name a few. All four elements of Fire, Air, Earth and Water (as well as Metal, Wood and Ether in some traditions) need to be in balance in relation to each other for a rich, healthy and meaningful life.
