This month we’re celebrating Melissa Smit’s one year anniversary as Head of People and Performance at Touchfoundry.

Mel checks in, listens with care, and makes everyone feel seen and heard, helping each of us grow, while keeping the team aligned. She brings order and direction to chaos (usually colour-coded and neatly captured in one of her many notebooks) and does it all with a laugh that could power the whole building.

We’re so grateful for the culture she helps build every single day, supporting our team in doing good work and performing at our best.

What an unforgettable way to end the year.

We closed our tabs, and swapped our screens for gorgeous sunset views over the city.

Our year-end dinner was the perfect opportunity to slow down and spend some time reflecting, laughing, and celebrating everything we’ve achieved this year alongside the team members who make it all possible.
