Picture shows a LPG Vessel recently fire proofed with Tekrok C Fire
Proofing Plaster for Totalgaz in Bloemfontein.
The Tekrok C has 2 very important features in that it is manufactured by Mandoval Vermiculite (Pty) Ltd a ISO 9001:2008 accredited company and that it has been officially tested to the International Standard NFPA 58.
Please note that the customer also made a very complimentary statement regarding the work ethic of the Pyro-Cote Team.

Pyro-Cote (Pty) Ltd has just completed an extensive fire proofing project at Longkloof in the Cape, using Pyrosafe WB intumescent coating.
Pyrosafe WB was applied to wood and steel columns and beams.

Pyro-Cote has been awarded to fire proof structural members at the Menlyn Shopping Centre upgrade . Fire rating is 60 minutes using a specially formulated fire protective coating that when exposed to elevated temperatures expands many times is original dry film thickness to for an insulating char thus prolonging the failure rate of steel.
