The Company has brokered a significant number of high profile commercial, industrial and residential real estate transactions spread across most suburbs of the City of Cape Town and its environs.

The Company's services encompass primarily sales and leasing of commercial and industrial properties and the sale of income-producing investment properties in the office, retail and industrial property asset classifications. Most recently this has extended to the hospitality industry, encompassing the sale of hotels and other leisure properties.

The Company also identifies and targets residential development opportunities in high density areas on behalf of residential developers.
