WebWiser is currently seeking a Digital Designer. The Digital Designer should have a sound working knowledge of digital design principles and digital marketing communication. This individual will work within a team environment to produce comprehensive marketing materials for digital communications (web/html, landing pages, signage, advertising, email, infographics, sales collateral, presentations) from concept to completion.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Design Process and Knowledge:
Basic understanding of user-centric design principles and online marketing best practices.
Demonstrate understanding of design principles, typography, composition and conceptual thinking.
Produce a wide range of marketing collateral including advertising, direct mail, social assets and animated banner ads, as well as media kits, funnel pages and conversion orientated mails.
Understand and be able to implement email/web best practices including ability to design and modify emails from concept through completion.
Desire to learn, explore and evaluate new design thinking and technologies, and grow professionally.

Teamwork:
Actively contribute as part of a cohesive and thriving team.
Work with marketing departments to refine concepts, layout, and copy for projects as needed.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Communication and Process:
Strong communication skills and attention to detail a must.
Manage project deliverables from beginning to end, with responsibility for meeting deadlines.
Consistently interact with clients with professionalism and respect at all times.
Follow established production and organizing procedures; assist in refining procedures to make best use of time.
Organize and maintain departmental design archives for ease of access and use by others.

Education and/or Experience:
2-5 years working experience
Expert user of Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Omnisend, Facebook Business manager.

We’re urgently looking for an experienced PPC and DRM specialist with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

You will be working on our global account portfolio and be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of PPC and DRM campaign strategies on Google, SM, Amazon and Walmart.

The ideal candidate has got a Google AdWords Specialist certificate and has an unnatural curiosity as to what makes people click and engage with online messages.
