A really good high protein salad, used it as a post workout meal

The real lesson here is never under estimate your opponent nor anyone at that matter……….my opponent, tagged on my story, was a perfect example. We are all so convinced with what we see as a reality and forget that the eye sees but the brain perceives and usually what your perception is usually not reality.
