Here are some fun facts: 💚
1. “Nails need to breathe.”
Nope. Nails are made of dead keratin cells, like hair. They don’t breathe and don’t absorb oxygen from the air.
2. “Gel or acrylics ruin your natural nails.”
The product itself doesn’t ruin nails. Damage usually comes from:
improper removal;
over-filing the natural nail;
picking or peeling the product off.
When applied and removed correctly, nails stay healthy.
